Writing to DVD

Hi

I am a new boy and am having difficulty in writing to DVD. I have version 5.5 delux and when I click on the video button I get a message 'CD burning not supported' My DVD burner is a Hewlett Packard DVD Writer 200j v1.13.

Can anybody help?

I am getting the feeling that different brands work for different burners in different ways.

I have three different makes of burner and each likes different makes better than others.

Verbatim will not work on any of mine!!

Sony are 99% good on all three.

TDK are good on all three.

Philips are OK if I can't get Sony or TDK.

Like you I avoid Memorex but others swear by them.

I don't think that we can recommend to others which CDs or DVDs are good / bad without specifying the make of burner we have?

if my memory is correct the first time you use video builder it asks for the video builder registation key to be installed before will work
