mfetterhoff
Hello boardmembersWhat am I doing wrong? In Objects & Animation window, I have 5 sentences which fade in at regular intervals. I'm having difficulty keeping the sentences aligned in a perfect column. I align all sentences to the left and use the grid. However, on playback, one or two sentences are always slightly out of alignment with the other sentences. Using 5.
davegee
Try viewing at 100% in O&A?Instead of adding text in PTE, add it to 5 JPEGs in Photoshop building up one line at a time - the effect will be the same.DaveG
mfetterhoff
I have found that this issue is relevent to the screen format on DVD Playback. (Aspect Ratio)The text is out of alignment when the DVD is viewed on widescreen only. When viewed on regular cheapo television, the alignment is fine.Is there a way to remedy this by altering how I create the DVD?

mfetterhoff
Thanks..I threw the project into widescreen, then realigned the text. Playback looked great. Created the avi, then burned the disk. But on disk playback, there was no change. Text still not aligned.Something in the avi creation process is knocking the text out of alignment. davegee
Have you tried putting the text into a frame (Parent/Child)?DaveG
