During several July and August strolls, I discovered this small area of provencial France.

No or very little crowd, even fewer tourists but the motorway which crosses this country was saturated with tourist cars goeing southwards to the overcrowded Mediterranean region.

Do you think a tourist seeing this slideshow on Beechbrook Cottage, would stop to admire these first footsteps of our civilization?

Superb photos, warm colors: a quiet and very pleasant stroll through our past.

This visit is sustained by peaceful and sober transitions effects.

Your "Romanesque stroll" is also a romantic one!
