HD Video

I downloaded PTE 5.6 Beta 9 and created a HD Video of a slideshow for publishing on the web (Motionbox).

See: http://www.motionbox.com/videos/ee92dbbd1c13ed64

Motionbox permits users to watch videos in SD or HD, small screen or full screen. Everything went ok except for the jerky motion which apparently results from conversion to Flash Video. This is aggrevated by panning or zooming rapidly, panning is worse.

My problem is that the MPEG-4 file that is created won't work with any of my video viewers. For example, Windows Media Player gives me sound with a black screen. Is there a fix that I can do? Do I need to download a new codec or upgrade WMP? Note: the video does play in my video editor, PowerDirector.

Hi Xaver,

Functionally, none that I'm aware of. Aesthetically, it may be more pleasing to some and has some added features.

Best regards,

Lin

Hi Lin,

What's the advantage of "Kantaris" compared to VLC, if there is any?

Regards,

Xaver

I am using 'Vimeo' for HD stuff and am finding that it works very well indeed.
