Create Button function.

On first operation of the Create Button an option to confirm the name of the exe as the pte, or to rename the exe file is presented. In other words a "Create As" function.

Subsequent operations of the Create Button overwrite the original exe without asking for confirmation. This can result in the original work being lost when the intention was to save a variation on the original.

I know the correct procedure is to make a Save As on the pte, then do a Create, but it's easy to forget.

Confusion can arise because Create implies the creation of a new file, whereas to overwrite is a Save function.

The additional security this would give, more than offsets the steps required to confirm the name of the file when using the Create Button to save.
