contacting support

Does anyone know how to obtain your license key? I need to reinstal windows and cannot locate my license key.

I have tried to log onto the support at winsoft but the security code is not fully visible and I cannot find any other means of contacting them.

This is delaying me from wiping my hard drive.

GET THE key data from your registry

copy it out and paste it to notepad and save it as a txt file -- put it on a memory stick

mail it to yourself etc
