Quiero mi clave

Descargué ayer la última versión del programa porque llevo tiempo trabajando con el.

Las dos veces he pagado mi licencia y no consigo la clave facilmente, envio los correos al centro de soporte y no hay contestación.

¿es esto formalidad?.
